International Affairs Departmen
Proactively pursues opportunities in the Mainland and in overseas markets, engage in friendly exchanges and communication, understand market trends that can be tapped into.
Administration Department
Organizes monthly board meetings and events, responsible for operation of the “Hong Kong Federation of Restaurants and Related Trades Charitable Foundation” other daily administrative tasks.
Communications Department
Organize visits to governmental departments, issue Federation publications (e.g.: The F&B Collective (飲食薈萃) newsletter); external liaison with other Federations and alliance organizations, receive invitations from other organizations and to host visiting delegations.
Public Affairs Department
Focus on F&B related government bills and regulations introduced, the formation of thematic working groups, and handling of any related tasks.
Welfare Department
Organize culinary tours, overseas F&B study tours, and other regular networking events, etc.
Member Affairs Department
Responsible for membership and recruitment, daily membership matters, and networking events for new members.
Projects Development Department
Organize and coordinate the “HKFORT Trade Fair”, engage in proactive promotions for the latest updates on local and overseas F&B trade fairs, and funding applications.
Training & Education Department
Organize large seminars, conduct course on the F&B industry’s “Qualifications Framework” and other related training programs.
